In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement and inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and a passion for improving operational efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiations.,Support inventory management, including stock monitoring and reordering.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of medical supplies and equipment.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and procurement activities.,Assist in developing and implementing supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.,Provide support during the preparation and execution of procurement plans and budgets.,Assist in the development and maintenance of supplier relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supply chain or procurement role.,Strong knowledge of procurement and inventory management processes.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with medical supply chain processes is a plus.
