📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting in the planning and coordination of banquets and special events.
  • Providing excellent customer service to guests and event attendees.
  • Managing event logistics, including seating arrangements, decorations, and catering.
  • Ensuring that all events run smoothly and according to schedule.
  • Maintaining a clean and well-organized event space.
  • Assisting with event marketing and promotions.
  • Training and supervising event staff as needed.
  • Monitoring event budgets and expenses.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with event management software is a plus.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
