📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the restaurant runs efficiently.
• Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
• Monitor and control inventory, including stock levels and ordering.
• Develop and implement training programs to improve staff performance.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the restaurant.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
