Deputy Shop Assistant

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist the Shop Assistant in managing the store, including stocking, pricing, and organizing products.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving any issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking shelves and cleaning the store.
• Assist with cash handling and processing transactions.
• Learn and understand the products and services offered by the store.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Assist with any other tasks as assigned by the Shop Assistant.
• Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Basic computer skills.
