📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.,Prepare and analyze purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement documents.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct vendor evaluations and selections based on quality, price, and service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement.,Provide support and guidance to the procurement team as needed.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the company's financial goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including tendering, negotiation, and contract management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
