In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage the company's payroll and benefits administration,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions,Prepare and review budgets and forecasts,Assist in the preparation of financial statements for internal and external stakeholders,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with baking industry financial practices is a plus
