📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement inventory control systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage incoming and outgoing shipments.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.,Handle inventory audits and resolve discrepancies to maintain accuracy.,Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving warehouse operations and efficiency.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to travel and work in different locations if required.
