Glow Hub Abadi is seeking a dedicated Assistant HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the HR department in various aspects of human resource management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for helping employees and the organization thrive.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee training and development programs as needed.,Support the HR team in managing payroll and benefits administration.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
