📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.,Assist in the resolution of technical problems and escalate issues to senior IT staff when necessary.,Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software applications.,Ensure the security of IT systems and data by following company policies and procedures.,Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.,Conduct regular software and hardware updates and upgrades.,Train and assist new employees on IT systems and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.,Proficient in using various IT support tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical skills: Hardware and software troubleshootingnetwork configurationsystem administration.Soft skills: Excellent communicationteamworkand problem-solving abilities.Certifications: CompTIA A+Network+or other relevant IT certifications are a plus.
