📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage the recruitment team, setting goals and providing guidance.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and specifications.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fits for our organization.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure we meet their requirements.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
