📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement mine plans that align with the company's strategic objectives,Conduct feasibility studies and economic evaluations of mining projects,Prepare and maintain detailed mine schedules and production plans,Monitor and analyze mining operations to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and safe operation of mining facilities,Develop and maintain mine design and development plans,Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for mining operations,Prepare and present technical reports and presentations to stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field,Minimum of 10 years of experience in mine planning and scheduling,Strong knowledge of mining software and tools, such as Datamine, MineSight, or similar,Proven track record of successful mine planning and scheduling projects,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Familiarity with Indonesian mining regulations and best practices
