📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.,Mentor and coach sales team members, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular feedback and reports to management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Ensure that all sales team members are compliant with company policies and procedures.,Attend and participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role within the sales industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and tools, such as CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Must be fluent in both Indonesian and English.
