In this role, you will be responsible for managing the inventory of raw materials and supplies, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and that we have the necessary ingredients to prepare delicious meals for our customers. You will work closely with our procurement team to maintain optimal stock levels and will be responsible for conducting regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, following all safety protocols and ensuring that our supplies are stored properly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the inventory of raw materials and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels for our kitchen operations.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and reconciliations to maintain accuracy and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Work closely with the procurement team to place orders and receive deliveries of raw materials and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, following all safety protocols and ensuring that supplies are stored properly.
• Assist in the preparation and packaging of food items for delivery or takeout, as needed.
• Monitor food safety and quality standards, ensuring that all products meet our high standards.
• Assist in the training and development of new staff members, as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of warehouse and inventory management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Familiarity with food safety and quality standards, such as HACCP or ISO 22000.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately count and record inventory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and management.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds.
