📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement Bancassurance strategies to drive the growth of our insurance products within Bank BNI's network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Bank BNI's branch managers and sales teams to ensure successful integration of our insurance products.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for our Bancassurance products.
• Design and deliver training programs to educate Bank BNI's staff on our insurance products and services.
• Monitor and report on the performance of our Bancassurance products to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our Bancassurance solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Represent BNI Life Insurance at industry events and conferences to network with key stakeholders and build our brand presence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance, banking, or a related field, with a focus on Bancassurance.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and services, including life, health, and property insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Bancassurance platforms and tools, such as BNI's Bancassurance System.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
