📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain CNC machines to ensure high-quality production output.
- Follow and adhere to strict quality standards and production schedules.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of CNC machines, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on produced parts.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
- Proven experience with CNC machines, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, Fanuc, or similar.
- Certification in CNC programming or machine operation is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
