📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like Jira and Bugzilla
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects
- Conduct regression testing to verify the stability of software updates
- Develop and maintain test documentation, including test scripts and test reports
- Lead testing initiatives and provide guidance to junior testers
- Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies and tools
- Ensure that software releases meet quality standards and are ready for deployment
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in manual testing, with a strong background in software quality assurance
- Proficient in using testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and Bugzilla
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent is a plus
