In this role, you’ll daily prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, from classic cocktails to exotic mocktails, ensuring each drink is as visually stunning as it is delicious. • Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails and mocktails, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Work closely with our talented team to ensure seamless service and a memorable guest experience.
• Stock and manage inventory of beverages and supplies, ensuring we always have the right ingredients on hand.
• Create and recommend new cocktail recipes, contributing to our ever-evolving menu.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, anticipating guest needs and delivering personalized recommendations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the hotel’s vibrant social scene, hosting events and promotions that showcase our unique offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a bartender in a high-end hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to create and serve a diverse range of cocktails and mocktails with exceptional quality and presentation.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and trends, with a passion for innovation and creativity.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage and delight guests.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and bar management software, such as Olo or Toast.
• Valid food handler certification and a clean driving record.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multilingual environment.
