📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and maintain production lines to ensure optimal operation
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth and efficient facility operation
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
- Proficient in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel within Bali
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
