📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of environmental professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective implementation of environmental programs.
• Develop and implement environmental policies and regulations in accordance with national and international standards.
• Oversee the monitoring and evaluation of environmental performance, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
• Lead the development of strategic environmental plans, including climate change adaptation and renewable energy integration.
• Collaborate with local communities, businesses, and government agencies to promote environmental sustainability and resilience.
• Represent the Provincial Government of Bangka Belitung in environmental forums and conferences.
• Ensure the effective management of environmental projects, including budgeting, procurement, and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide expert advice and technical assistance to government officials and other stakeholders on environmental issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental management, preferably in a government or public sector role.
• Certification in environmental management, such as Certified Environmental Professional (CEP) or similar.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in using environmental management software, such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and standards, including those set by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KEMENLHK).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
